When the treadmill inclines, the operator platform stays flat. You stay comfortable and in control while the horse works — no awkward angles, no adjusting your footing.
Open deck construction means no cross beams trapping debris underneath. The belt runs under the kicker. The rear ramp lifts with one hand on the Premium, thanks to a gas strut. Cleaning takes minutes, not a morning.
When a horse gallops outdoors, natural airflow helps them breathe. On a treadmill they do not get that — unless you fit the right fans. Our Premium fans are fully integrated into the gate and replicate that airflow to keep horses oxygenated when they are working hard.
Every treadmill is fabricated and assembled by hand in our Keysborough, Victoria workshop. We use Australian steel throughout, paired with WEG motors and Bonfiglioli gearboxes from Italy — because a machine built to last needs quality at every level.

The treadmill must be kept out of the rain and elements at all times. A suitable shed or enclosure is a requirement — certain warranty conditions depend on this.
If your property does not have 2 or 3-phase power, we can supply a 60kVA diesel generator suitable for running our treadmills. These units have proven to be reliable and come with a 12-month parts warranty directly from the distributor. Pick up is available from either Shepparton Vic, Toowoomba in QLD or Perth in WA. Freight for the generator is additional.

Our Essentials galloping treadmill starts from $77,810 plus GST, our Premium starts from $86,260 plus GST, and our Premium Plus starts from $87,620 plus GST. All prices exclude freight, installation, and any optional extras. Freight and installation costs vary depending on your location across Australia and New Zealand — contact us for a full quote specific to your setup.
The base price covers the treadmill itself, fully built and tested, plus all standard inclusions as listed for each model. Freight, commissioning ($1,200 + GST), and any optional upgrades are additional. We will walk you through everything in your quote so there are no surprises.
We use a staged payment structure. A 5% deposit is due on acceptance of your quote. 45% is due at the start of manufacture, bringing your total to 50%. The remaining 50% is due when your treadmill is completed and ready for transport.

Prices are the same for our Australian and New Zealand customers. All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD). For Australian customers, Australian GST is applicable. For New Zealand customers, Australian GST is not appliable but NZ GST is applicable during the importation process. Freight charges (and importation charges if outside of Australia) are variable depending on your location within Australia or New Zealand
All three models are built to the same standard of strength and quality. The Essentials is a full-strength galloping treadmill with a max speed of 41 km/h, a basic control panel, and a focused feature set. The Premium builds on the Essentials with a higher top speed of 48 km/h, a touchscreen panel, front and side gates, an integrated fan, funnel-type guiding barriers as standard, and more. The Premium Plus is identical to the Premium in every way except it comes with clear polycarbonate sides as standard instead of rubber sides.
The only difference between the Premium and Premium Plus is the sides. The Premium comes with durable rubber sides as standard, with clear polycarbonate available as an upgrade. The Premium Plus comes with clear polycarbonate sides as standard — 9.5mm on the walls and 6mm on the funnel barriers. If visibility into the bay is important to you, the Premium Plus is the natural choice.
Absolutely. The Essentials is a full-strength, full-specification galloping treadmill built to handle daily professional use. It uses the same quality components, the same 5-layer AE-IRS cushioning, and the same rigid cradle construction as the Premium and Premium Plus. The difference is in the features available, not the build quality.

You will need a concrete pad for the treadmill to sit on, a suitable shed or enclosure to protect it from the elements, and 3-phase electrical infrastructure with a 32-amp 5-pin plug. On delivery day you will need lifting equipment — a forklift, telehandler, or crane is ideal, though in some circumstances this may not be required. We will confirm everything with you ahead of time.
Yes. Commissioning covers on-site setup, testing, and a full walkthrough of how to operate the machine safely. We will not leave until you are confident using it.

Our treadmills are designed to operate on either 2-phase or 3-phase power, supplied via a 32-amp, 5-pin plug. We recommend having a qualified electrician check your property’s power supply before installation to make sure it can handle the treadmill alongside your existing equipment.
Yes, a small one. Running on 3-phase gives you the full maximum speed of the treadmill. On 2-phase, the top speed is slightly reduced. For most training purposes this makes little practical difference, but it is worth knowing before installation. We can talk through what works best for your property when you enquire.

Our treadmills are built with safety at every level — not just what you can see. Every model includes electronic brake resistors for a fast-acting emergency stop, magnetic reed switches, and an automatic cutoff if the horse moves too far back on the belt. Funnel-type guiding barriers form a widened entry at the rear of the treadmill that narrows as it meets the belt, guiding the horse onto the treadmill naturally and safely. They are especially useful for horses new to treadmill training. This depends on usage, but we recommend regular proactive maintenance rather than waiting for something to fail. We recommend a minimum service every 12 months or 400 hours of use, whichever occurs first. For most customers, this works out to a yearly service. There are also certain user maintenance requirements that we will walk you through at commissioning, so you know exactly what to keep on top of between services.
Yes. Yes. Our treadmills are designed so belts can be replaced using a pre-made component — no in-situ splicing required. This makes replacements faster, cleaner, and more reliable. And because we handle it ourselves, you are not waiting on a third party to get your machine back up and running.
The treadmill uses silicone oil automatically as part of its normal operation — think of it like fuel for the machine. It is not something that needs to be drained or changed. As the treadmill uses it over time, you simply top it up. We supply silicone oil directly to our customers so you always have what you need on hand to keep the machine running smoothly.
This is something we take seriously. Russ answers the phone. We do not disappear after the treadmill is delivered — we are here for the life of the machine. Whether it is a quick question, a scheduled service, or something that needs attention, you will always reach a real person who knows your machine and wants to help. That is not something every manufacturer can say.
All three models — the Essentials, Premium, and Premium Plus — come with a 2-year / 2,000-hour statutory warranty in line with Australian Consumer Law. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to maintain the machine, or operating it outside of specified conditions — including exposure to rain or the elements without a proper enclosure.
We support every machine we build for its working life, not just the warranty period. Russ is available by phone for advice, and we offer ongoing servicing and parts support well beyond the two-year warranty.
